PolytairePiet Heins Polytaire was first published by Skjode in 1966. Several other versions followed, but the game has been out of print for decades. The game, like most of his creations, is simple and elegant, and hides a strategic depth that is not immediately evident. The game can be worked as a solo puzzle, reminiscent of the traditional French Peg Solitaire. But its the two player challenge that is most intriguing, with over 1400 possible configurations
