An early 19thc. Continental enamel box. Hand Painted with a boy piper.Description. A really lovely early 19th century hand painted enamel box, featuring a charming picture of a young boy playing a pipe in a rural environment. Floral sprays and insects decorate the size of the box. "X" mark to the base. Condition. In very good antique condition. The almost ubiquitous cracks to the enamelled sides of the object, but the central scene is undamaged.
