2023 Vasse Felix Cabernet Sauvignon 750mlAbout This Wine This Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Wilyabrup in the mid northern Margaret River, grown on ancient, well drained gravel loam soils. Individual vineyard parcels were fermented using indigenous yeasts, with extended maceration to define site character before blending. Malbec remains a traditional component alongside Cabernet Sauvignon, contributing to the final blend. The wine was matured in French oak barriques prior to bottling.
