Bader Mimeur En Remilly Saint Aubin 2022This small production Saint Aubin 1er Cru, coming from the heralded En Remilly plateau at the top of the Montrachet hill, is vinified in barrique with 20% new and bottled after ten months elevage. Perfumed and discretely exotic with hints of nectarine, white peach and chamomile, this vibrant and pure expression is lightly spiced and quite persistent.
